On the morning of October 16, Party Secretary of Longgang District Committee, Zhang Yong, visited KTC along with Deputy District Mayors, Gao Xumin and Chen Guangwen. They were also accompanied by key representatives of the District Economic Promotion Bureau, District Resource Office, District Urban Renewal Bureau, District Land Administration and Planning Centre, Longgang Land Administration and Planning Bureau, and the Bantian District. Group chairman, Lin Bin, lead a team to extend a warm welcome to the delegation.

Party secretary, Zhang Yong, and the delegation visited the company's showroom, offices, and the surrounding campus. Chairman Lin Bin introduced the company’s products and its developments in detail and expressed hope that the government could give the company more guidance and support. Secretary Zhang said that KTC is a strong and independent company that has constantly improved upon its innovation capabilities and actively looked for new areas of development. KTC has also in its development, learned from the strengths of others while overcoming its own weaknesses. Secretary Zhang expressed that the government will lend its support to help KTC transform and upgrade, and reinforce its confidence in pursuing greater development.
